Amy Hamilton, PhD, is an award-winning public speaker who with wide international experience.  While in the US Army Officer Signal Corps, she served in the US European Command, the US Northern Command, and North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD). She later served two years as a senior cyber security policy analyst at the Office of Management and Budget, and as the Senior Cyber Security Advisor for the Department of Energy. She is currently a visiting faculty chair to the Department of Defense National Defense University, College of Information and Cyberspace.
