Topic: Risk Mitigation Strategies for Cybersecurity Service Providers

Everyone is talking about “vendor risk” and “vendor management” on the client side, but who’s looking out for the risks that your cybersecurity product or service company faces when helping those same clients by licensing a cutting-edge cyber tool, conducting a penetration test or risk assessment, providing post-breach forensic services, or otherwise helping a customer deal with its privacy and data security risks?  This session will focus on a few key areas of concern when negotiating customer contracts.
